If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send your order.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t reached you within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at info@postureway.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
